B&H has commenced project superintendence and survey services for the remaining stages of the Braidwood Ridge Estate at Braidwood in southern NSW. This is the first engagement of B&H by Queanbeyan property developer DP Kirk Holdings P/L and, with over 100 lots remaining to be developed on the site, the relationship is set to continue for many years. The site is located in the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council area and the current stage has been awarded to Queanbeyan contractor Chincivil P/L.
