Bannister & Hunter is the Central Coast’s longest serving land development consultancy having been established by Registered Surveyor Len Bannister in Gosford in 1924. The company has grown with the Central Coast, seeing the creation of new suburbs in the Warnervale and Maitland areas and being directly involved in the delivery of hundreds of new land development projects in the Central Coast and Hunter regions.
Bannister & Hunter now represents a highly experienced group of surveyors, town planners and engineers who understand the critical nature of timely land development services delivery. As the complexity of land development requirements continues to increase, Bannister & Hunter’s close working relationships with the many stakeholders involved in these processes ensures the best possible outcome for the land development companies who utilise our services.
Bannister & Hunter is your one-stop-shop for surveying and land development services.
